Five stars is not enough to accurately rate my hairstylist, Ally. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft and her passion clearly shows to anyone lucky enough to sit in her chair. I came to her after years of haircut anxiety and cutting my own hair because of how many bad haircuts I've received in my life, and I was left pleasantly shocked after my appointment. She took her time to listen to me and any concerns I might have, and then gave me a haircut that made me feel like I'm on top of the world and taught me how to maintain it. I could not stop staring at myself in any reflection I saw because of how good I felt and looked after my appointment. Prices are reasonable of course, but I would have easily paid five times the amount for the experience I had today. Ally has found herself a regular in me within one haircut and I would follow her anywhere she goes.

As a loyal client of Shelby’s, herself, along with all stylists at this salon, pour their hearts into striving to make every client feel their absolute best. That’s why it’s disheartening to hear her hurt as a client of hers who wrote a 5-star review suddenly dropped it down to 2 stars—without any prior conversation or opportunity to make things right with Shelby!. Shelby impressed me! I was a bit concerned after reading a poor review by someone named Sabra, so I dug a little deeper only to discover she wrote two reviews! Her original review from October exclaimed that her experience was excellent, and several months later, she changed it, that's so unfair and dishonest! Haircuts and colors and styles don't usually last several months long without natural changes! I'll try to post a photo of both reviews! You just can't trust some of these keyboard warriors! Shelby's work speaks for itself! She's a caring and talented stylist!
